Africa is plagued with bad leadership which has resulted in stagnancy and lack of vision. The citizens of these nations are highly intelligent but the environment is not conducive for growth and creativity. Most individuals live with high levels of insecurity and uncertainty, not knowing what would be of them in the future. Most of the leaders of these nations are in power for self-gratification at the expense of the citizens.

Despite the fact that Africa is a wealthy continent, blessed with natural resources yet many of the African countries are living in abject poverty. All this is as a result of bad leadership. We believe that if leadership is taught in Africa, the leadership narrative of this continent will be transformed. This is why Vision International Partners exists, to promote the gains of good leadership which would bring about the education of ethical and effective standards of leadership.
